SommelierVito comes from a small city in Tuscany, Poggibonsi, which is included in the Chianti Classico appellation.
He arrived in Shanghai in 2005 as an Italian Brands Ambassador for a large wine importer, since then he has always been engaged in the Italian wine industry, mainly trading, consulting and training. In 2010 he started ITALIAN WINE & FOOD™ in Shanghai, then in 2018 he created WINE+™ in Singapore.
Vito is a certified Sommelier (AIS), Wine Taster (ONAV), Tutor and wine judge.
Singapore, November 6th, 2023 – I attended a nice B2B wine tasting event organized by DealExport at 13% Wine Bistro in Singapore. The event showcased multiple French wineries looking for potential distributors in the Singapore market. Over 50 labels were available for sampling, but the highlight for me was the incredible Champagne flight featuring 19 different bubbly.

SommelierMichele was born in Trento, grew up in Verona. He graduated in 2005 from Venice University Ca’Foscari taking a Chinese Language and Literature master.
A professional Sommelier credited in June 2014 from AIS (Italian Sommelier Association), he decided to dedicate his career to wine, a passion nurtured since his teenage years, whilst working in the wine shops and bars of Verona. He works with several Italian and Chinese importers, developing communication skills and enhancing the Italian wine presence in the most competitive wine market of the world.
