Wine consumption in Italian “on-trade” vs “off-trade” dropped from 36% in 2019 to 20% in 2020, according to Progettica survey.

With regard to wine sales in the catering channel in Italy, the first quarter of 2021 collapsed -61% compared to the first quarter of 2019, according to the same research by Progettica.
