Vietnam is one of the most virtuous countries in the fight against the pandemic, it deserves 2nd place after New Zealand according to the Australian Lowy Institute which measured the quality of response to the virus in 98 countries.
The numbers first of all:
- thanks to the strategy of targeted tests and the massive “propaganda” of the regime, Covid-19 in Vietnam claimed 34 lives and 2400 infections according to data from Johns Hopkins University
- the Vietnamese economy in 2020 grew by +2.9% (against +2.3% of China), but there is more, Bank of America predicts that the country GDP will jump +9.3% in 2021, thanks to the booming in exports.
In short, Vietnam is roaring again.
Singapore, November 6th, 2023 – I attended a nice B2B wine tasting event organized by DealExport at 13% Wine Bistro in Singapore. The event showcased multiple French wineries looking for potential distributors in the Singapore market. Over 50 labels were available for sampling, but the highlight for me was the incredible Champagne flight featuring 19 different bubbly.
