The first 8 months of 2019 confirm Australia China’s largest wine exporter, with over 550 million US$ and 35% of market share, before France (2nd with 487 million US$) and Chile (3rd with 193 million US$), according to CAWS (Chinese Association of Wine & Spirit Importers).
Italy confirms the 4th place, before Spain, with 108 million of US$ equal to 97 million € and 6.8% of market share. Need to be noticed that the Italian performance is negative tough, compared to last year value is almost -13%, equal – 14 million €.
