Italian wineries sales channels

According to 2018 Wine Report by Mediobanca, “supermarkets” are the major sale channel in the Italian market, accounting 39% of the total sales, followed by “on-trade” (hotels and restaurants) 17% and “wine bar” with 8%; the rest 35% is sold in other channels, such as direct sales, online, dealers, etc.
